At Hefty, we want your home to feel perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. Please note that custom-built pieces and final sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return tool to provide your order number and the reason for your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
